hello, my name is antonella entner, and even as a young girl, i couldn't help but express my opinions. real estate has always intrigued me, particularly the art of crafting spaces that are not only appealing but also fulfill essential needs, offering a sense of comfort.
i am drawn to the process of devising strategies to act in a customer-centric manner while staying true to oneself and the company's philosophy. on the contrary, the aim is to ensure that everything aligns seamlessly.
long story - short
ever since i was three years old, i have been exposed to construction sites due to my father's ownership of a drywall company. my profound interest in this domain became apparent during my teenage years. after obtaining my secondary school diploma, i commenced my professional journey as a real estate agent. however, solely engaging in brokerage activities left me wanting more. during a time when the term "marketing" was not as widely recognized, i pioneered marketing strategies, and i was instrumental in spearheading the revitalization of spaces within the organization to align with our team's identity.
over the years, i have had the privilege of acquainting myself with diverse enterprises, properties, and marketing approaches. to deepen my insights into these domains, i opted to pursue a part-time course of study. consequently, i embarked on and successfully completed a university executive program in marketing and sales at the wu executive academy in vienna. i initiated this journey during my parental leave while simultaneously reentering the workforce part-time at a property development company.
aiming for comprehensive expertise in the realm of real estate, i also accomplished a bachelor's degree in facility and real estate management with distinction at fh kufstein. concurrently, i engaged with a non-profit housing cooperative, gaining exposure to the multifaceted landscape of real estate management.
in my pursuit of well-rounded qualifications, i am currently pursuing a master of laws program in vienna. for numerous years, the notion of establishing my own venture to assist companies in authentic self-presentation has been percolating in my mind. since taking that momentous step, i have experienced personal flourishing. witnessing the positive impact on individuals within an organization brings me immense gratification.
